After working together under French chef Daniel Boulud for two decades, industry veterans Dominique Paulin and Olivier Muller decided to join forces for this exciting new venture.  As senior executives (Operations Director & Corporate Chef, respectively) within Boulud’s organization, Paulin and Muller have opened and managed the operation of high-profile, successful restaurants in NYC, key dining markets throughout the US, and internationally.

Dominique Paulin, a resident of the Montclair area, discovered 544 Bloomfield Avenue - a 1950’s original bank space, and  later a theater - and called upon his longtime friend, Olivier Muller.
